The aerodynamic shell is made from LS2s industry-leading Kinetic PolymerAlloy (KPA). This proprietary material uses nanotechnology to blend microscopicparticles of aramid fibres into a high-end polymer. This material is absolutestate-of-the-art in energy management materials offering slight built-inflexibility to disperse energy the penetration resistance of high-end fibreproducts and a lightweight shell. The multi-density EPS again uses the latestin LS2 technology layering and bonding different densities of EPS particlesinto a true multi-density liner with the appropriate densities on the outermostand innermost portion of the energy managing layer. The eye port is wide allowing for superior peripheral vision. The faceshield uses optically correct Class A polycarbonate and comes &ldquoPinlock Maxready &rdquo for the ultimate in fog-resistant technology (Pinlock insert isincluded). The Storm includes LS2 Twin-Shield System built-in drop-downsun shield. Large adjustable ports on the chin bar and at the top of the helmetwork in conjunction with the rear spoiler and side ventures to offer adjustable dynamic flow-through ventilation.
