Made with incredibly stretchy hypoallergenic Dryarn soft-to-the-touch fabric and constructed using 3D round knitting for comfort-assuring minimal seaming the Airborne LS 2 puts base back into base layer. The form-fitted long sleeve shirt truly is the foundation of any road-ready outfit. By engineering specific fabric structures into the Airborne LS 2s design perspiration is wicked away and allowed to evaporate effectively and quickly to keep you feeling cool and fresh however demanding conditions might get. On top of its heat-regulating properties the Airborne LS 2 base layer also prevents your top layer jacket from sticking to your skin. That makes taking your gear off after a long days riding in high temperatures much easier. Throwing your base layer in the washing machine is also a great deal simpler than washing your jacket. So your favourite riding jacket keeps feeling fresh for longer. The Tight fit is designed to be snug and conform to the riders body shape. The contouring design ensures that the material and fabrics move with the body without restricting the range of motion in any situation. This fit is mostly found in base layers and in our race-oriented garments. Seamless 3D round-knit garments provide superior comfort and technical function for a wide range of athletic activities including motorcycle riding. The 3D name comes from the texture and shape of the round knit. Made on a circular knitting machine seamless garments have superior elasticity for optimal shaping to the body. The virtual lack of seams results in optimal comfort while also imparting important functionality: fewer seams make the garment less vulnerable for seam breaks drop stitches etc. and therefore longer lasting. Those seams that are absolutely necessary are made using flatlock technology to eliminate bulk. The result is the ultimate in comfort and function.
