30 years of innovation and evolution bring the Shoei NXR sports touring helmet. Hours of wind tunnel testing allow an even more compact and aerodynamic shape than the XR-1100 that preceeded it. As a result both road holding and wind noise are improved without blocking the informative sounds from other road users. A brand new visor the CWR-1 once more improves peripheral vision and blocks 99% of UV rays! Pinlock pins are built in ready to accept a fog free insert (1 free included!) A newly designed spring loaded visor baseplate ensures the visor pulls in tight for a great seal. An all new ventilation system improves the movement of air through the helmet with better cool air entry and warm air expulsion abilities. New for a Shoei touring helmet Emergency Quick Release cheek pads are standard on the NXR allowing emergency personnel to easily remove a helmet from an injured rider.
