The FunnelWeb Filter was designed and is manufactured by Infiltration Pty Ltd an Australian owned company which has more than 30 years experience with foam filtration within the organisation. Using the latest technologies in open cell polyurethane foam profiling we substantially increased the filter & rsquo;s surface area which offers more protection for your motorcycle and enables longer maintenance intervals. Our filter has been developed over more than five years in Australia with the help of the Motorex KTM Off-Road Racing team and the results speak for themselves. This filter is available for all: Suzuki ATV. LTR 45006-09

The Foam Profile: Provides a 100% larger surface to trap more dust
Traps dust evenly over the increased outside surface area while allowing optimum airflow for longer periods of riding
Effectively reduces the frequency of filter changes and cleanings
The Seal: Any air filter is only as good as its seal
Most of the genuine Australian made FunnelWeb Filter seals are injection moulded urethane or a die cut urethane / foam combination
These seals will not shrink stretch or tear and will maintain their shape regardless of how they are treated ensuring any air entering your engine passes through the filter foam
In some cases air box design dictates the use of foam only seals which is where we use die cut polyurethane foam to do the job
