Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are sent via Australia Post EParcel with tracking. The rest are sent via StarTrack Express with tracking.

Ebay/Paypal/banks demand that we must get a signature upon delivery; so if no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, you'll be able to collect it from nearby Australia Post outlet or courier agency.
We are only allowed to send to the address which you chose when making your Paypal payment, we cannot change the address.

All orders are despatched out of Melbourne, and individual products may be sourced from any of our 8 stores, or 2 warehouses. 
Shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending if we need to get your ordered item from one of our other showrooms or warehouses.

Australian External Territories will be treated as International Orders and will have a freight charge applied
(including Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Australian Antarctic Territories, and Cocos (Keeling) Islands etc).
In some instances your request to order may be declined where a prompt freight service cannot be offered. In that case any payments made will be refunded in full.

International

Genuine manufacturer branded parts, accessories or merchandise can NOT be sent internationally (eg Harley-Davidson, Honda, Triumph branded items).
For overseas customers freight is individually calculated for each order, dependent on location and weight. If you would like a quote please request a quote.

Freight is provided by Express Post International. Peter Stevens Motorcycles is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, etc that may be applied.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. If the shipping address is outside of Australia's GST zone, the price shown does not include any GST component.
Any currency conversion fees and/or international banking fees etc are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware when ordering that your country may have restrictions on importation of some items, ie leather goods.
Any information quoted for sizing or fitting is based on Australian models of motocycles and clothing sizes, except where shown.

Privacy & Security

We abide by the privacy principles as laid down in law. We don't pass your details to any other companies or agencies outside the Peter Stevens group,
except address to the Post for shipping, and/or payment details to Paypal/Bank to process your payment.
Returns & Replacements

Need a different size of clothing/helmet? We will cover postage in both directions for your first size exchange!*
Just contact us to arrange the exchange, and we'll send you a postage voucher. (applies to "free freight" items, that is, over $50 and not excessively bulky)

Of course the item must be returned still in new condition, un-used and with tags attached (where applicable).

For motorcycle spare parts and hard parts, any item must be brand new, never-fitted and with full undamaged packaging.
Electronic/electrical items, CD/DVDs, must be still sealed in original security wrap. Harley-Davidson Electronic Speedo/Tacho, or Special-ordered parts, are not eligble for the return program.

Any returns where an exchange is not required (i.e. store credit or refund) are to be done at the customers expense. We recommend registered post to ensure certified delivery. Upon receival, store credit to the value of the returned items
will be given. In some circumstances refunds may be given, less initial postage costs.

Of course if we have sent you the incorrect or faulty goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you.

This Exchange policy is only applicable for Australian customers excluding remote areas & remote islands: 
any international exchange/return and re-send will be wholly at the customers cost.

Warranty

Where an item has a manufacturer's specific warranty, those terms apply.

Where a specific manufacturer's warranty does not apply, items are warrantied for 12 months against 
faulty/defective manufacture, but excluding normal wear/tear misuse/abuse physical damage and/or water ingress.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You will be provided a Tax Invoice by email to the email-address you provide to our computer system.

We always try to keep the best prices, so we may need to change prices at any time without notice to you.

We make every attempt to have correct prices advertised, but from time to time a human mistake or computer glitch may occur.
If we find that a buyer has ordered a product that is under-priced by accident, we will let the buyer know of the situation,
and give the buyer the choice to cancel the order for a full refund, or pay the difference up to the correct price.

For most items, we have a price match policy: If it is a price-match item, if you see it advertised cheaper, let us know. If we can verify the same 
identical item is available at a lower price (after shipping) from another legitimate Australian showroom, we will match prices.
This does not apply to all items - if in doubt, please ask us.
