The Hypermotard 950 family is equipped with a revised version of the 937cc Ducati Testastretta 11° twin-cylinder. It delivers 114 hp at 9000 rpm and flaunts a flat torque curve that peaks at 9.8 kgm at 7250 rpm.
The rear subframe is particularly narrow in the area where it meets the main frame, which allows for a saddle that is narrow at the sides with an increasingly reduced straddle arch. This means that, compared to any other seat of similar height, the rider can more easily reach the ground with both feet. The Hypermotard 950 family features a steel trellis frame with variable-section tubes that is connected to the rear subframe, another steel trellis, inspired by that of the first Hypermotard. A wide steering angle of 70° affords great handling, while the position of the wheelbase maximises stability at high speeds.
The Hypermotard is the quintessential fun bike for those who want to enjoy every turn and cannot resist the style of the boldest Ducati liveries. The 950 RVE version is updated with the Graffiti Evo livery, which emphasizes the bikes youthful, sporty character.
