1. Promoter

The promoter is Peter Stevens Motorcycles ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 August 2026.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion during the Promotional Period, participants must either:

• Visit the Peter Stevens Epping store and scan the promotional QR code to complete the official online entry form; or
• Complete the official online entry form via the Peter Stevens website.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) CFMOTO XO PAPIO motorcycle valued at AUD $4,790 (RRP).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, store credit or any other product.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at:

11:00am (AEST), Thursday 3 September 2026

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact details supplied at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Claim

The winner must respond and accept the prize within 10 days of being notified.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize has not been claimed by 14 September 2026, a redraw will take place at:

10. Vehicle Costs

The winner is responsible for any costs associated with ownership of the prize after collection, including but not limited to registration, compulsory third-party insurance (CTP), comprehensive insurance, licensing, servicing, fuel, accessories and any other ongoing operating costs, unless otherwise advised by the Promoter.

11. Marketing Consent

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Peter Stevens Motorcycles via email and other electronic channels.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the first and all subsequent marketing emails or by contacting the Promoter directly. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect the entrant's eligibility for this promotion once a valid entry has been received.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion, contacting winners and providing marketing communications where consent has been provided. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

13. General

• Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants.
• If this promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable laws.
• By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, suburb and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion during the Promotional Period, participants must either:

• Visit any participating Peter Stevens store and scan the promotional QR code to complete the official online entry form; or
• Complete the official online entry form via the Peter Stevens website.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) $500 Adrenaline.com.au Gift Voucher to be used towards a motorcycle experience available through Adrenaline.com.au, including (but not limited to) track days, superbike pillion rides, motorcycle tours or other eligible motorcycle experiences.

The prize is valued at AUD $500 (RRP).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or store credit. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of Adrenaline.com.au, including availability, expiry dates and booking requirements.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at:

The prize is supplied in the form of an Adrenaline.com.au Gift Voucher only. The Promoter is not responsible for the availability of individual experiences, travel costs, accommodation, insurance or any additional expenses associated with redeeming or participating in the chosen experience. The winner is responsible for complying with all conditions of participation imposed by the experience provider, including age, licensing, health and safety requirements where applicable.

Motorcycle Holdings Limited owns and operates a network of motorcycle dealerships trading as Morgan & Wacker; TeamMoto; Harley Heaven; Peter Stevens Motorcycles; Savage; Ultimate Motorbikes; Gold Coast Harley-Davidson; Sunshine Coast Harley-Davidson; Central Coast Harley-Davidson; Sy’s Harley-Davidson; and Canberra Harley-Davidson.

2. The Promotion
   1. The promotion is the “Rider Survey Prize Draw” (“Promotion”).
   2. The Promotion commences at 8:00am AEST on 8 May 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 25 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   3. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive a survey invitation from the Promoter and complete the survey in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   2. Employees, directors, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate family members (including spouse, parent, child, sibling, or domestic partner), are not eligible to enter.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
4. How to Enter
   1. To enter the Promotion, eligible persons must during the Promotion Period:
      • Receive a survey invitation from the Promoter via email;
      • Click on the survey link contained in that invitation; and
      • Complete and submit the survey in full.
   2. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions by the same individual will not result in additional entries.
   3. Entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period. Late entries will not be accepted.
   4. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
   5. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical issues, network failures, or other factors outside the Promoter’s control.
5. The Prize
   1. There is one (1) prize available: a fuel voucher valued at AUD $1,000.00 (“Prize”).
   2. The total prize pool value is AUD $1,000.00.
   3. The Prize is:
      • Non-transferable
      • Non-refundable
      • Not exchangeable for cash or any other prize
      • Must be taken as offered
   4. No substitutions will be made except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
   5. The Prize has no ongoing cost to the winner.
   6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between the date these Terms and Conditions are published and the date the Prize is redeemed.
6. Prize Draw
   1. The prize draw will be conducted at Motorcycle Holdings Operations Pty Ltd office in Sydney on 26 May 2026 at 10:00am AEST by an independent person or by random draw using verifiable software (“Draw”).
   2. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
   3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
   1. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the Draw using the email address provided at the time of survey completion.
   2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
   3. Immediately upon completion of any redraw, the winner of the first Draw will cease to be the winner and will not have any claim to the Prize or against the Promoter.
   4. The winner’s name and state of residence may be published on www.mcholdings.com.au as required by applicable state and territory laws.
8. Prize Delivery
   1. The Prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s nominated email address within 2 days of the winner being confirmed by responding to the Promoter’s notification email.
   2. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen Prize vouchers once delivered.
9. General Conditions
   1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the eligibility of all entrants.
   2. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
   3. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
   4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
   5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and corresponding state and territory legislation.
   6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
10. Privacy
    1. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and handling their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and, if they win, publishing their details as required by law.
    2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

11. Spam Act Compliance
    1. The survey invitation is sent in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

   To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official Peter Stevens Motorcycles competition entry form during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be deemed invalid.

   • QR code entry available in Peter Stevens Motorcycles stores linking to the online form.
5. Prize

   There will be one (1) winner. The winner may select one (1) of the following prizes only. The maximum prize value is $1,599.99 AUD.

   • ALPINESTARS Men’s Tech-Air MX System – White valued at $999.89
   • ALPINESTARS Tech-Air 5 Plasma System valued at $1,299.99
   • ALPINESTARS Tech-Air Off-Road System valued at $1,599.99
6. Prize Conditions

   The prize is:The winner must choose one of the listed prize models only. No substitutions will be provided except where required by law or where the Promoter determines it is necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

7. Winner Selection

   The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible entries. The draw will take place on 9 July 2026 at 10:00am AEST at 105 Lonsdale St, Dandenong VIC 3174.

8. Winner Notification

   The winner will be contacted using the details provided in their entry via phone and/or email. The Promoter will attempt contact within 7 days of the draw.

9. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw

   If the prize is not claimed within 7 days or the entry is invalid, a redraw may take place on 16 July 2026 at the same time and location.

10. Marketing Consent

    By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Peter Stevens Motorcycles. They may opt out at any time via unsubscribe link.

11. Entry Requirements

    Entrants must provide accurate details. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

12. Promoter’s Rights

    The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in unlawful conduct.

13. Privacy

14. Liability
