Our Helmets meet or exceed the requirements of the European ECE 22.06 approval standard. This is the latest version of the ECE R22 test standard for motorcycle helmets valid since 01.01.2020 which specifies and tests among other things the minimum absorption of impact energy the penetration resistance of the outer shell the strength of the chin strap and closure and other safety criteria such as the flawless optical quality of any visor installed. Certified helmets must be marked accordingly e.g. with a test label on the chin strap. It reinforces the overall safety offered by the new generation helmets by increasing the number of points covered by the impact tests now 18 instead of 6 and by differentiating the speed at which they are performed.
