Spare Parts Supervisor Position

A position has just opened up at Peter Stevens Motorcycles for an up and coming spare parts sales person to manage the parts department at our Ferntree Gully branch.  If you think you have what it takes and would like to join a close knit team selling parts for dynamic brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki and SeaDoo as well as working with aftermarket suppliers then this could be the job for you. Job responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining stock and regular stock takes
• Processing of incoming stock
• Transfers of stock out to other branches
• Display management and Merchandising
• Sales Target setting and achievement
• Retail customer service
• Liaise with Store management and Group managers.
• Stock Inventory Management.

With the current expansion of our Adelaide facilities, Peter Stevens Motorcycles are looking for an experienced Accessories Supervisor in the Adelaide City branch. We are a multi franchise dealership that deal with premier franchise brands including Harley Davidson, Triumph, Hyosung, Vespa, MV Agusta, Honda and Suzuki.

The role as Accessories Supervisor will entail leading a team of quality Accessories sales staff in the day to day operation of our Accessories department.

The applicant should ideally possess the following skills;

• Proven successful retail history.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal and Group Accessories Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the daily activities and workflow of the Accessories department as well as the application of company policies and procedures in the Accessories Department.

Previous successful experience in the retail automotive trade or similar industry preferred.

The role as Service Manager will entail leading a large team of quality technicians and advisors, across the two Adelaide Service Centres.

• Excellent team and leadership skills.
